PostYourView is committed to protecting the unique perspectives of our users. You explicitly agree not to use the Service, its content, or its proprietary data to:

• ✦Crawl, scrape, or index site content for data-mining purposes.
• ✦Use any manual or automated process to 'harvest' information.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

PostYourView is provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE'. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostYourView and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. In no event shall our total liability exceed $100.00 USD or the amount you paid us in the last six months.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in San Francisco, California.
